Last order dates for pre -Christmas delivery

Please note, for guaranteed delivery before Christmas, orders must be placed by the following dates:

  • Mainland UK standard delivery (3-5 working days): Thursday 19th December 2024 
  • Mainland UK next day delivery: 4pm Friday 20th December 2024 (orders placed between 4pm Thursday 19th December and 4pm Friday 20th December, will be delivered on Tuesday 24th December)
  • Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands: Wednesday 18th December 2024 

We aim to deliver to you within the timeframes mentioned below, however during busy sale periods or for reasons outside of our control, deliveries may take longer than advised.  

We currently offer the following delivery options: 

 

+ Next day DPD Ship to Shop Delivery 

Next Day DPD Ship to Shop Delivery – next day delivery to one of 10,000 DPD parcel shops around the country including Sainsbury's, Co-op, Matalan, Post offices  and many other shops.

Order by 4pm for next day delivery to a DPD parcel shop.  Click here to view the locations.

  • Next day ship to shop delivery cost: £3.49

  • Order by 4pm Monday to Thursday for next day delivery

  • Orders placed by 4pm on Friday will be delivered by Monday

  • Orders placed after 4pm on Friday will be delivered by the following Tuesday

  • Next day delivery applies to UK mainland addresses only and excludes the Scottish Highlands and some remote areas

  • You will receive a tracking email from us once your order has been dispatched, follow the link in the email to track the status of your delivery

+ FREE 3-5 Working Days DPD Ship to Shop Delivery

Standard DPD Ship to Shop Delivery – standard delivery (3-5 working days) to one of 10,000 DPD parcel shops around the country including Sainsbury’s, Co-op, Matalan, Post offices and many other shops.

  • FREE delivery on all orders £30 and over
  • A fee of £3.49 applies for orders under £30
  • Orders are normally delivered within 3-5 working days however may take longer due to reasons beyond our control.
  • Deliveries take place Monday – Saturday (excluding bank holidays)
  • You will receive a tracking email from us once your order has been dispatched, follow the link in the email to track the status of your delivery
  • You will have 7 days to collect the order from the shop. You will receive 2 reminders to collect your order during this time. After 7 days the order will be returned to our warehouse. refund will be issued within 10 working days of the order arriving back in our warehouse

+ Next day Home Delivery

Order by 4pm for next day delivery.  Orders received after 4pm on Friday will be delivered the following Tuesday.

  • Next day delivery cost: £4.49

  • Order by 4pm Monday to Thursday for next day delivery

+ Standard Delivery

  • FREE delivery on all orders £30 and over

  • A fee of £3.49 applies for orders under £30

  • Orders are normally delivered within 3-5 working days however may take longer due to reasons beyond our control as advised above

  • Deliveries take place between 9am - 9pm (excluding Sundays and bank holidays)

 

For the Standard delivery option, a signature will be required upon delivery. If you are unavailable to accept delivery, the courier will leave a calling card to advise that delivery has been attempted. Please follow instructions on this card.  Please note that the courier may leave your parcel with a neighbour.  If this does happen you will be advised of this on the calling card.

We aim to deliver your standard delivery order within 3-5 working days, this may be extended during busy periods or for reasons outside of our control.  Please only contact us if you have not received your standard delivery 6 working days from the day of order.  You will receive email updates from us when your standard delivery order is dispatched and once this happens, you will receive it within 1-2 working days.
