Delivery Options

Please note Monday 6th May is a bank holiday and therefore not a working day, no deliveries will be made on this day. Please allow an extra day for orders during this bank holiday week.

We aim to deliver to you within the timeframes mentioned below, however during busy sale periods or for reasons outside of our control, deliveries may take longer than advised.  

We currently offer the following delivery options: 

+ Standard Delivery

• FREE delivery on all orders £30 and over
• A fee of £3.49 applies for orders under £30
• Orders are normally delivered within 3-5 working days however may take longer due to reasons beyond our control as advised above
• Deliveries take place between 9am - 9pm (excluding Sundays and bank holidays)

For the Standard delivery option, a signature will be required upon delivery. If you are unavailable to accept delivery, the courier will leave a calling card to advise that delivery has been attempted. Please follow instructions on this card.  Please note that the courier may leave your parcel with a neighbour.  If this does happen you will be advised of this on the calling card.

We aim to deliver your standard delivery order within 3-5 working days, this may be extended during busy periods or for reasons outside of our control.  Please only contact us if you have not received your standard delivery 6 working days from the day of order.  You will receive email updates from us when your standard delivery order is dispatched and once this happens, you will receive it within 1-2 working days.

+ Next day Delivery

Order by 4pm for next day delivery.  Orders received after 4pm on Friday will be delivered the following Tuesday.

• Next day delivery cost: £3.99
• Order by 4pm Monday to Thursday for next day delivery
• Orders placed by 4pm on Friday will be delivered by Monday
• Orders placed after 4pm on Friday will be delivered the following Tuesday
• Next day delivery applies to UK mainland addresses only and excludes the Scottish Highlands and some remote areas
• Deliveries take place between 9am - 9pm (excluding Sundays and bank holidays)
• You will receive a tracking email from us once your order has been dispatched, follow the link in the email to track the status of your delivery
