We aim to deliver your standard delivery order within 4-6 working days, this may be extended during busy periods or for reasons outside of our control.  Please only contact us if you have not received your standard delivery 7 working days from the day of order.
 
We currently offer the following delivery option:

Standard Delivery

• FREE delivery on all orders £40 and over
• A fee of £3.49 applies for orders under £40
• Orders are normally delivered within 4-6 working days however may take longer due to reasons beyond our control as advised above
• Deliveries take place between 9am - 9pm (excluding Sundays and bank holidays) 

Please note that due to unprecedented demand, we currently do not have a Next Day service available.  We hope to reinstate this soon. 

For the Standard delivery option, a signature will be required upon delivery. If you are unavailable to accept delivery, the courier will leave a calling card to advise that delivery has been attempted. Please follow instructions on this card.  Please note that the courier may leave your parcel with a neighbour.  If this does happen you will be advised of this on the calling card.
