Information about guarantees
In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect occurring, we will be happy to replace your item with an equivalent product*. This does not include normal wear and tear.
Please note that damage caused by airline mishandling is not covered by Tripp. In this instance we advise you to contact the airline responsible as soon as possible (ideally before leaving the airport, where the damage took place).*
