Delivery queriesTrack My Order
When your order is ready to be dispatched you will receive an email from us letting you know that it has been dispatched, along with your tracking number which you can track on the Yodel website.
Once your order is dispatched, you are likely to receive it within 1-2 working days. Just a reminder that we aim to deliver your standard delivery order within 5-7 working days from the day of order, this may be extended during busy periods or for reasons outside of our control.
We kindly ask that you only contact us if you have not received your standard delivery 8 working days from the day of order. Now that your order is being prepared for dispatch, please note that we are unable to cancel or amend it.
However please rest assured that you have 60 days to return your order if you should wish.
If you have received a despatch email you can track your order using the tracking information
Your parcel tracking number is a unique code that allows us to track your parcel. It’s usually between 8 and 20 digits long.
