5 Year Guarantee
We are confident in the quality, strength and durability of our luggage which is why we are pleased to offer a 5 year guarantee.
What's covered by the Guarantee?
The guarantee provided on our products is valid against defects in manufacturing for the period of the warranty from the date of purchase.
Allowing for reasonable wear and tear, should any manufacturing fault become apparent during the guarantee period, we will in most instances be able to provide new parts. If we cannot obtain a spare part we will replace your item with an equivalent product. For replacements please note, we do change our products and colours over time so dependent on stock availability, we may not be able to replace your product with the exact duplicate of what you purchased. However, we will always strive to offer you the closest matched product.
Replacement products will be covered by the guarantee equal to the length of time remaining on the guarantee of your original purchase.
Guarantee claims can only be completed upon receipt of all guarantee information requested.
You do not need to register your guarantee as this will commence from the date of purchase.

What happens if an airline or third party damages my case?
Airline baggage handling is the most common cause of damage to luggage.
Tripp is not responsible for any damage that occurs whilst your luggage is in transit and we recommend that such damage is reported to the airline or carrier as soon as it is discovered.
We recommend plenty of pictures are taken of the damage that has occurred and any claims need to be registered before leaving the airport at the airline customer service desk or location where the damage has taken place.
Ensure you receive an acknowledgement receipt of the damage occurred.
On most occasions your travel insurance will also cover this off.
If you need any assistance with making a claim we are more than happy to provide the supporting documentation in order to complete this process.
