"I purchased the large escape case as I already had the medium and have been very pleased with it. Returning from my holiday it must have been mishandled by airport staff as the corner was dented and I’m unable to rectify to its former glory ???? still a great case and would recommend Tripp.
There was also some confusion as to when case would be delivered by courier ( I paid for next day delivery) but customer services were very helpful"

"Very capacious suitcase so if you are away for a while size is great. We've had it on 4 plane journeys so far within the last 3 weeks, 2 of them long haul and it has survived well. The locks work well. I'd have liked both sides of the interior to be "netted " as things can fall out on opening."

"I was very pleased with my new Tripp suitcase when it arrived which I purchased for my recent holiday abroad. I ordered the large black case (sale price) and was happy with how light it was, how much I could fit into it (it is in halves when opened, so it's easy to share between 2 people and one half had a zipped cover) and also the smoothness of the 4 wheels when I moved it. I was also able to set the lock on the first attempt. The reason for 4 stars is that on the return journey a dent had appeared in the suitcase in one of the corners. I had thought this could happen as the material is quite flexible. I easily pushed the dent out and unless you knew about it you would not be able to tell. Hoping the case will last for many years."

"A nice large smart looking suitcase, it was suitable to accommodate clothes in one section and shoes in the other. The only thing missing is a fastening strap in the zip compartment to hold belongings down. Handy not having to use a padlock with the integrated TSA lock. I’ve just ordered the matching cabin case."

"It’s a large suitcase, but extremely lightweight, the plastic (or whatever material) it’s made of isn’t the best, it gets scratched pretty easily and is quite thin and malleable.
That said we’ve managed to get to Mauritius and back and it didn’t collapse, it does however have a dent in it, which I wasn’t expecting after 1 use.
