"Perfect to use as a carry on. I used it for a long haul flight to carry my essentials and a change of clothing. I was worried about my medication being lost as well as valuables and this was perfect. It fits a laptop as well. It can go under the seat in front or either flat or on its side in the luggage hold above your head. The wheels and handle are sturdy and it stands alone and doesn't tip over. I've used a backpack previously but this was much better. I would say its not for a weeks worth of holiday luggage or anything like that but had plenty of room for cabin baggage and a long trip to Australia"

My first one had a manufacturing issue with the handle.
After a few emails to Rachael at their customer service team....a replacement was quickly sent to my house.
I wish all manufacturers had this level of aftercare service.
