"The ordering process on the website was extremely easy and straightforward. Tripp sent many email communications keeping us informed of the progress of our order all the way through to delivery. Our order was very well packed in strong cardboard and the delivery was seamless with the driver even offering to help bring the packages into the house. The cases were in excellent condition with cards exposing how to control the locks, look after the general condition explaining the guarantee. "Great case, surprising how much you can get inside it, and with the added flexibility of expanding it if needed. The only minor gripe is how easily the gloss black shell has already marked on our first trip, but i guess this is to be expected. The wheels held up well despite walking across a small town in France across pavements and slabbed market squares. Time will tell but overall very happy with the case."
