"I understand that the products are manufactured from recycled materials, however, the quality of suitcases does not meet the requirements of travelling multiple destinations/multiple times when booked in.
The edges piping of the suitcase have several rips and torns even the cabin bag also has rips on the edges (seam/piping). The zipper gets stuck does not run through smoothly. Difficult to lock at times because the two zipper ends do not close. The suitcase has become de shaped after one journey. Overall Disappointed."
