I had to return one case due to size and had to chase customer service for a return slip- it took 3 days for a response from email then another 3 days before I received return slip.
Then had to chase the refund.
The case took a few days to arrive back at their depot then the refund took a further 13 days to go back into my bank."

Lovely colour, ample room in left in case but should you require extra room there is an expansion zip which allow extra room.
